If anyone knows Stephan Korte's e-mail or postal address, please let me know. I have been using his program to achieve a lifetime PB in the deadlift (at age 62) and I'd like the opportunity to ask his advice on how to top that at age 63. I can be contacted at keith {at] evfit.com.

Thanks Johnny,

I needed this right now. All of my good intentions seem to spin out of control sometimes and I'm glad you put this up so it could bring me back to the simple stuff that works. Thanks for the site, and I look forward to reading more of your books as they come out.

Tyler, its great to see a martial artist with an emphasis on strength. I'm a BJJ competitor and mma fighter. I currently struggle with increasing strength while simultaneously training BJJ and boxing and wrestling 5 days a week.

When I back off on BJJ , my strength in the gym skyrockets. When I train more MMA And BJJ as I am now, my strength dwindles. I believe I am eating enough calories. Any tips on how to balance the training and make gains, would be appreciated.

I enjoyed the recent podcast. Keep up the good work in the cage.

This is great man. Ill actually make the effort to watch UFC again when you get there - its a pain here in the UK.

Im currently unemployed, and trawling though job search websites is probably one of the most soul destroying things ive ever had the displeasure of doing. But on the other hand, its made me realise i need to pull my thumb out of my arse and start my own business doing the thing i WANT to do. Not next year, next month, but NOW. Listening to what JP has to say about life, and the odd motivating article from SV, Wendler's website and EFS, makes me realise that there's plenty of "i can't, because..." people out there. And that i dont want to be one of them.

As soon as ive got a spare bit of cash, i can guarantee ill have a seminar and a ticket to philly booked.

Thank you for kind words. Know that I give God glory for everything I do. This however was a recommendation for a product and therefore I spoke of how the product was helpful to me. Surely you understand this. When a potential employer calls your recommended sources I'm quite confident your sources spend time talking about how you helped the company and they benefited from it and not how God influenced company success. If there are any doubts one can simply google or YouTube my name to find countless interviews and articles filmed or written about me where I outline my appreciation to God for my salvation and giving Him the glory for my success. Again, thanks for your kind words and I hope you better understand the purpose of my recommendation now.

Dude, that's great and all, and I am please to see you are experiencing success. Yet, since you are a believer, I find it discouraging to see you publicly give all the glory to John Sheaffer.
