New Podcast and a Challenge to You

Ok, so you’ve been training for a while now. You own several books on the subject, you frequent forums or websites dedicated to training and diet, and you genuinely desire to have a body that reflects your interest and dedication to the iron.

Take a look in the mirror.

If you aren’t happy with what you see, you need to understand that you can, in fact, change your body in a remarkable manner in a very short period of time.

Perhaps you’ve been at it so long that you’ve settled and accepted the “fact” that you won’t ever have sharp abs, or that the extra dough around your waist is a product of your mass gain efforts that are still underway.

You want to be a lean, hard two hundred and something pounds, and you figure that after you get up to a certain point you will shift gears and cut the fat.

You’ve been saying this for a while now, and deep down you believe that you will do it someday.

Now let me ask you a question.

No bullshit, right now, right this minute, would you be comfortable and confident being shirtless in front of a smoking hot girl whom you are interested in?

Do you honestly think that your appearance in that state will “get the juices flowing” for her and result in her increased attraction towards you?

Will you appeal to her without opening your mouth and using your wit and banter?

If you answered no, then you fall into the category that countless other guys who I have spoken to and helped over the years are members of. There is no lack of interest or even knowledge as to how to go about building a better body, but there are restrictions, limitations, etc. that you possess that make things more difficult for you than others.

Perhaps your schedule is really demanding and you have trouble “finding the time” to get in the gym and make the magic happen.

Perhaps your genetics are not on par with those whom you envy in the physique department (frankly, if they were you would probably not be on this website anyway).

Listen, I’ve heard just about every limiting belief that you can imagine in my coaching experience, and I can proudly say that I have helped clients from all over the world break through these roadblocks and finally get what they’ve wanted for years, sometimes decades.

I promise you that you too can bust through whatever it is that is holding you back from getting where you want to be.

Obviously, in a perfect world I would be able to take all of you on as coaching clients free of charge. It is as obvious in this world that that is impossibility. Coaching requires an investment of time on my part, and therefore requires a financial investment on the part of the client.

    Already decided to start the LCI but if I had any doubts before, this post and podcast got rid of them. This works perfect for my goals, I want to compete in Enduro mountain bike racing next year which basically means I need to be as lean as possible, and as pound-for-pound strong as possible. I was on the right path with the LP and stuff from Steel but broke my thumb really bad enough to require surgery (it’s amazing how little you can do without your right hand except front squats) and then put most exercising off to focus on finishing my M.S. Thesis. I’m consequently looking like someone who did nothing but write all day, work in the lab all night and eat cheatos and fucking Redbulls for 4 months. Super excited about running this program for the next 8-12 weeks.

    I was thinking about LCI for a while. Have the book but i am my own worst enemy. Definately could stand loose a couple pounds around the waist.

    I will back up 100% what JP has said. I am a 46 yo Male currently working in Afghanistan as a contractor. I am at the end of week 4 of LCI and I have noticed amazing changes already in my body. I have markedly de fatfucked myself and my strength and work capacity have gone up considerably. I have 8 more weeks to go and its motivating to see this much progress already. This is all with working 14 hr days 7 days a week with an average sleep of about 5 hours a night and eating crappy chow hall food 3x a day day in and day out. I will say this. If I can fucking do it anyone else can, PERIOD !!!

    Finally someone figured it out. This sounds like an excellent program. It’s taken me about 10 years to figure this out. I worked as a trainer for several years and managed to come up with a very similar program for myself, and after bodybuilding and powerlifting for years, my results have been better than anything I have ever done. I appreciate the time and effort you put into this. I am going to purchase your book and follow the program to a t. I will keep you updated with the results. Thanks Johnny!
