More than two years since the release of the first, I have gone back to the lab and expanded and updated this classic bestseller.

With more than twice the page count of the orginal, this version is packed with new material.

The primary areas of expansion are the mental components (much of which is adapted from “Drop the Panties: The Greyskull Guide to a Better Body”) and the food preparation/diet pieces of the puzzle. The idea was to provide one, ultimate reference for this particular subject.

    I already owned the first Swole and many other publications by JP.

    As always this was not a let down, but a well written book worth more than what I paid for it.

    I’ve followed JP writing well before his infamous but true post “Why I resigned my Affilation with Crossfit” on the original Greyskull blog.

    Though that was years ago and I found myself experimenting with different methods of training and diet I’ve always come back to JPs writing as I’ve found it has simply worked the best.

    Swole along with The Greyskull LP are a staple with my training/diet and my clients.

    This is well worth the purchase even if you won the first edition.

    Is Swole something you do year round or only for focused Mass gain? Looking for something the rest of the year when I’m not in a gaining cycle. I’m looking forward to reading the update soon.
